About the Company

Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Limited (GKASSL), established in 2019, is a prominent healthcare provider offering multispeciality medical services. The company operates several hospitals across Gujarat, India, delivering both secondary and tertiary care services. Its range of medical treatments includes internal medicine, general and minimally invasive surgery, orthopaedics and trauma care, joint replacement procedures, obstetrics and gynaecology, respiratory care, non-interventional cardiology, diabetology, and anaesthesiology.

GKASSL currently manages seven multispeciality hospitals along with four pharmacies. Some of the hospitals under its network include Gujarat Kidney and Superspeciality Hospital in Vadodara, Gujarat Multispeciality Hospital in Godhra, Raj Palmland Hospital in Bharuch, Surya Hospital and ICU in Borsad, Gujarat Surgical Hospital in Vadodara, and Ashwini Medical Centre in Anand.

  Risk Associated with the Proposed Acquisition of Parekhs Hospital: The company intends to utilize the issue proceeds to acquire full ownership of Parekhs Hospital Private Limited. Any challenges or delays in completing the acquisition in accordance with the agreed terms could negatively impact the company’s future strategy and operations.

  Funding Risk Related to Ashwini Medical Centre Acquisition: A part of the issue proceeds is planned to be allocated toward the partial payment for the already acquired Ashwini Medical Centre. Any delays in fund mobilisation could affect the timely settlement of payments to the sellers.
