Established relationships with leading OEMs: The company has developed long-term business associations with prominent automotive OEMs over the years. These enduring customer relationships provide stable business opportunities, improve revenue visibility, and reinforce its competitive position in the automotive electrical components industry.
Well-positioned to benefit from EV growth: Dhoot Transmission offers a broad portfolio of products designed for the electric vehicle market. Its strong presence in the EV ecosystem enables the company to capitalize on rising electric vehicle adoption and the industry's shift toward cleaner and sustainable transportation.
Revenue concentration in 2W, 3W and wiring harness segment: A major share of the company's revenue is generated from the Indian two-wheeler and three-wheeler markets, with wiring harnesses being its primary product category. Any slowdown in vehicle demand, pricing challenges, or changes in technology could adversely affect its business and financial performance.
Customer concentration risk: The company derives a significant portion of its revenue from a relatively small group of customers, with its top ten customers accounting for more than 80% of revenue in recent years. Any loss of major customers or reduction in order volumes from these customers could have a material adverse impact on its financial performance.
