Strong Tier 2+ Presence: Snapdeal served 18,972 pin codes in FY2026, with 82.22% of delivered units originating from non-metro cities.

Established SaaS Platform: Unicommerce served 8,261 clients as of 31 March 2026 through Uniware, Shipway and Convertway.

Proprietary Technology: The company uses an in-house technology stack supporting personalised shopping, seller onboarding, catalogue management, fraud detection and other digital-commerce functions.

Asset-Light Model: The businesses are structured around marketplace, SaaS and brand operations rather than a traditional inventory-heavy retail model.

Multiple Revenue Streams: In FY2026, Snapdeal contributed 57.5% and Unicommerce approximately 40% of revenue from operations, providing exposure to both marketplace and SaaS businesses.

  • • Risks

Continuing Losses: AceVector reported a restated loss of 45.51 crore in FY2026, compared with 126.31 crore in FY2025 and 51.30 crore in FY2024.

Negative Operating Cash Flow: The company reported net cash used in operating activities in FY2026, FY2025 and FY2024, indicating continued cash-flow pressure despite revenue growth.

Snapdeal Dependence: Snapdeal contributed 57.54% of revenue from operations in FY2026, compared with 63.25% in FY2025 and 66.59% in FY2024. A slowdown in the marketplace business could materially affect overall performance.

Customer Acquisition Risk: Snapdeal's growth depends on acquiring and retaining users cost-effectively. Higher marketing expenditure or lower customer engagement could affect revenue and margins.

Highly Competitive Industry: AceVector operates in a highly competitive e-commerce and digital-commerce environment, where competition can affect customer acquisition, pricing, margins and market share.

Unicommerce Control Risk: AceVector holds 26.13% equity in Unicommerce eSolutions Limited. Changes in board rights or effective control could affect its ability to consolidate Unicommerce's financial results.

Changing Consumer Behaviour: The business depends on continued growth of digital commerce and changing consumer preferences, particularly among value-conscious customers in Tier 2+ and smaller cities.

Technology & Cybersecurity Risk: The company's businesses depend heavily on technology infrastructure, data and digital platforms. System failures, cybersecurity incidents or data breaches could affect operations and customer trust.
