Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre Limited, established in 1985, is a prominent provider of diagnostic and healthcare-related services in India. The company delivers a comprehensive suite of diagnostic solutions across radiology and pathology. Modern Diagnostic caters to individual patients, hospitals, healthcare institutions, and corporate clients by offering a wide range of diagnostic tests and related healthcare services.

Its service portfolio includes advanced radiology and pathology offerings such as ultrasound and colour Doppler, CT scans, MRI, digital X-ray, mammography, cardiac and neuro diagnostics, laboratory testing, ECG, CBCT, OPG, PFT, and other allied services. In addition, the company provides home sample collection services, enabling blood sample collection at patients’ residences for those unable to visit the centres. At present, Modern Diagnostic operates 21 centres, comprising 17 laboratories and 4 diagnostic centres, spread across 8 states in India.

  Operational Interruptions at Laboratories & Centres: Any disruption at our labs or diagnostic centres—arising from equipment breakdowns, power failures, technical malfunctions, shortage of trained personnel, or external factors such as natural calamities or cyber incidents—may affect test processing capabilities and adversely impact our operations as well as financial results.
  
  Concentration on Pathology-Led Revenue: A substantial portion of our income is derived from pathology services, making the business vulnerable to demand variations and increasing competitive pressures. Additionally, if investments made in radiology services fail to deliver the anticipated returns, it could adversely affect our financial planning and long-term growth prospects.
